After days of secret cutting, sewing, backing, basting, quilting, more sewing....picture taking. It was time for the big reveal. We waited till Mother got home before giving him presents and cards....he was on his phone using some piano app to play Happy Birthday to himself!

We went out for dinner this evening to the Sizzling Pub. The food there is great and reasonably priced too!
A meal that comes with its own take-away bag, how awesome is that!
I did get some sewing done, but I'll save that for tomorrow...here's a sneak peak
